Hi! I'm Kathryn. To be quite honest, it took me some time to figure out what aspects of myself would resonate with you. My professional journey? My pastimes? My core values? Would sharing any of these truly influence your life in a meaningful way? Because that's my sole intent here. I'm not here to trumpet my accomplishments or experiences. I'm here to guide you toward realizing your most sublime, supernatural potential. However, I understand that for you to place your trust in me, and by extension, NOVA, you need to perceive our shared humanity, our shared womanhood. You need to know that I am just as real as you!

A North Carolina native, Kathryn Robinson is an accomplished alumna of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She graduated summa cum laude, earning an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, complemented by a minor in Journalism. Kathryn's professional journey spans diverse industries, both large and small, specializing in marketing and public relations. Her expertise lies in orchestrating brand creation, crafting dynamic marketing strategies, steering advertising campaigns, and executing public relations engagements. Kathryn's contributions extend to leading marketing research initiatives for industry giants such as McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and Delaware North.
In 2017, Kathryn embarked on a new chapter of her career, stepping away from the corporate world to channel her multifaceted expertise into her own consulting business. For the next five years, she offered invaluable guidance to small businesses across sectors, advising them on operational strategies and marketing needs. Among her clientele were two burgeoning cannabis companies, where she discovered the profound wellness potential of the plant, especially when synergized with other natural, functional ingredients. Kathryn noticed a gaping void in the market for innovative wellness products tailored for the modern woman and transparent brands didn’t exist (until now). Armed with this insight and her profound industry knowledge, Kathryn sought to not only fill these gaps but to revolutionize women's wellness landscape altogether. In December 2022, NOVA was born.
Beyond her professional commitments, Kathryn is an ardent fitness enthusiast and a dedicated dog mom. She cherishes her daily ritual of tackling the New York Times crossword over a latte each morning and she devoutly attends Elevation e-church on Sundays. Kathryn's free time is often spent in the introspective study of scripture and philosophical works, delving into her latest fascination, and rapping her favorite Jay-Z songs (but not every word…).
MY PURPOSE IN FOUNDING NOVA
My journey begins with gratitude to my Creator, for it is God who has bestowed upon me the ability to breathe life into NOVA and illuminate my path with a purpose that’s both beautiful and profound. I’m before you today, humbly acknowledging God’s infinite blessings, and dedicating all glory to God. Please know that no matter where you are in your spiritual journey, or what you believe (and even if you have no beliefs), NOVA stands as a beacon of support for all women.
For as long as I can remember, my heart has echoed with a fervent desire to uplift women, stoke the fires of their spirits and empower them to realize their boundless potential. Over the past five years, the universe crystallized this desire into a tangible path: creating wellness products of unmatched functionality and nurturing a brand that prioritizes its patrons over its competition. I grew weary of seeing brands claiming to be advocates for women while doing nothing to truly empower them. They were merely shadows, bent on selling products to fuel their own success. While it's true that NOVA also sells products - each one remarkable in its own right - our core mission is to make a real difference.
Too often, brands targeting women focus solely on one facet of our identity, conveniently ignoring the myriad of experiences that compose our journey. NOVA is here to shatter that narrative. We're here to honor every woman, at every stage, doing everything, at every moment. Because we are not one-dimensional - we are complex, intricate, multifaceted beings, each one of us deserving of empowerment and upliftment that allows us to embrace our authenticity.
The yearning to manifest NOVA amplified in 2022 as I confronted 'career-based burnout'. I was no longer content to be confined in a box, to accept the status quo. I wanted to help women realize that they too are destined for greatness and that they are not bound by societal expectations. I rebelled against the norms, against being told to 'fit in', to be more conforming, more... basic. That's not who I am. I am vibrantly different, bursting with life, love, and light. And so are you. You are more than what they want you to be - claim your power.
NOVA took flight amidst the turmoil and triumphs (those ‘explosions’ – good and bad) of my personal and career journeys, as I became increasingly conscious of the misrepresentation and underrepresentation of women plaguing countless industries. I suspect your journey mirrors mine in many ways. I want to celebrate you, to honor your transformation into a woman of wonder, radiating uniqueness and confidence. While this metamorphosis is intrinsically personal, it often requires a supportive community and empowering products to navigate its course. NOVA is that community and our products are your companions, designed to help you Breakthrough and Lift Off to your highest potential.
And yes, I have a compelling story behind these products, one that's rooted in years of experience with nutraceutical and cannabinoid product development. But I thought you'd be more interested in knowing why I'm doing this, why I'm so fiercely committed to this cause, and why I'm here for YOU.

I am a living testament to the courage, creativity, and resilience required to cultivate an environment where women can flourish—an environment that fosters equity, freedom, diversity, and authenticity. My mission is to inspire others to join me in this pursuit, to dare to take audacious steps toward what many consider unattainable.
I thrive on interrogating established norms, contesting traditional wisdom, and defiantly sidestepping societal expectations. I perceive revolutionary ideas and solutions that hold the promise of catalyzing genuine transformation. As a visionary, my purpose is to disrupt the status quo and push boundaries, driven by an unwavering determination to succeed. Regardless of the magnitude of the challenge, I remain unflinchingly anchored to my integrity and my moral compass. Above all, I am unapologetically, unabashedly myself.
I extend an invitation to every woman to imagine the element where their authentic, liberated, highest self thrives. This is precisely why I brought NOVA into existence.
